Yesterday I went to wash my hands..pushed the soap and forgot to put my hands under the soap dispenser..twice..🤦🏼‍♀️🤪 Today I remembered to put my hands under the dispenser but went to turn on the water and it was turned off...🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 Tomorrow though it has to work!🤞🏻

Cleaning my classroom for the upcoming year and found this gem of a checklist a student wrote for me 2 years ago when I was struggling to remember everything and teach content. What a weird world we've been living in. Here's to hoping this school year is calmer than the last 2!🤞🏻

I start the day with 6 post-it notes on my desk. Before I leave each day, I hold myself accountable for writing 6 specific notes of gratitude to people. This practice helps me look for the good. We will see what we look for. Remember that.
