Putting politics to one side, I think more leaders need to be vocal about carving out protected time for families and role modelling work-life balance, that cascades down and creates healthy culture in teams. 24/7 'always on' mantra is incredibly toxic and needs to be stopped.

Absolutely terrible experience with Just Eat UK this evening. Ordered pizza from local restaurant 2.5 hours ago, still no sign of it. Restaurant said driver never turned up for it and had to throw order away. No way on the app to cancel, no way to actually speak to anyone. Awful!
