An unbelievable afternoon travelling The Golden Circle to see the Geyser eruptions, powerful Gullfoss waterfall and remarkable tectonic cliffs and fissures at the Thingvellir National Park 🇮🇸 one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been and an unforgettable afternoon

First night in Iceland and I’ve never seen anything as stunning. Early start with a sunrise flying over the country before an extraordinary afternoon spent whale watching 🐋 and a night at Grillmarkadurinn and seeing the beautiful Hallgrímskirkja 🇮🇸 so much to see and do!

What a year 2023 has been to sit down and reflect on

• £1665 raised for YoungMinds 🎗️
• 10 countries visited 🌍
• learnt to ski ⛷️
• incredible memories created 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽

Such a good day on the RFU Level 2 Coaching Award Day 1 focussing on the tackle and scrum. So many good takeaways and ideas to put into practice next week 🏉

A much needed relaxing break to Majorca chilling out before the run in to Christmas 🇪🇸 early morning run to the coast, before being inspired by Sir Kev’s autobiography by the pool and an evening stroll to see the sunset 😍

Incredible day surprising Roo exploring Notre Dam, the Louvre, the top of the Arc de Triumph to look out over Paris, an evening Seine Cruise as the sun set, followed by a picnic in the park watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle ✨ Magic!

Relaxing day taking in the scenery of Bern; seeing people swim to work in the River Aare, and the Bears, who roam the park 🐻 delicious sharing platter tonight, before seeing the city once more at night before our last destination tomorrow

Best day of the journey so far with a trip to Interlaken on our travels into Switzerland. The bluest of lakes, paragliders in the sky, completely surrounded by mountains and a meal with a view from HarderKlum. An incredibly special place 😍

Visited the Duomo di Milano this morning, climbing to the roof to admire the impressive architecture, followed by a lovely walk to Sforzesco Castle, Sempione Park & Arco della Pace this evening. Milan has definitely exceeded expectations!

A water taxi, train, metro and walk took us from Venice to Milan - really feeling the heat and humidity as you can see! 🥵 Freshened up & an evening stroll to the centre for food & to see Cathedral Duomo; can’t wait to climb it tomorrow! 😍

Beautiful day with a bus to the Venice; exploring the bridges, canals and alleys, Saint Mark’s Basilica and the Rialto Bridge. Such a unique and interesting place to roam and get lost in! Couldn’t resist a gondola ride around the city 🛶

Over 9 hours on a train today. Horrific. Unbearable heat, no food or water facilities, no seats, unexplainable delays and broken toilets. Disgraceful.

Arrived late to Ljubljana but instantly struck by the tranquility & beauty here! 😍
