Todays efforts in the first game, wait to see what my observer thought as there was a short period between that and my second

My second game the last of the year for ssfl, not as much mileage as both half’s seem to be spent more on one side of the pitch, observer gave some pointers to work on.

It what has taken a lot longer than first hoped finally reached my target level. Thanks to those who have supported me and advised when it was needed, now to continue the hardwork of helping others in their journey to advance their levels. Around 20 so far, 🤞🏻some more soon

Fitness test level 4…… I came to give it a try, support my fellow Sussex Sunday Football League refs, So 3 sprints 6.73, 6.72, 6.69 The walk and run I failed but knowing I would, I now have a better idea of what to do and work on, Roll on Septembers test for hopefully a better result 🤞🏻🤞🏻
