Hey Amazon , I’m very sad that I can no longer drop off returns at one of the numerous UPS stores near me. I enjoy only needing to scan a QR code. This line at Staples always has only one worker and the line moves at a snail’s pace.

Hey Amazon- I noticed earlier this year that most of my in-person return options shifted from UPS store (w/ 2 Amazon return kiosks & usually 2-3 workers also helping customers) to Whole Foods (none near me) and Staples. Per usual this store has one line and one worker.

Hey Amazon & Staples. Different day- same crap. @staples needs to hire more folks (one line- 1 worker) or provide self serve kiosks. Or better- return access to UPS. Let’s see how long it takes this time. In line at 1:35p EST.
