Took Rowan for a walk along local stretch of River Don this am, despite levels of nitrogen, phosphate & rest of it this stretch is looking in decent shape fishing-wise currently. Spent a while watching & located 2 nice Roach shoals, water level & flow spot on for stick float.

Karen fetched me this home after group, what a caring & considerate community Slimming World at Swinton is with the members organising a collection while I was in hospital. Made up with it & I thank each of em from the bottom of my heart ❤️
