I Give Blood NHS 🩸🩹 last week and had my Platelets Checked. Today I got a Letter confirming I've enough and I can switch back to Platelets. #GiveBlood #SaveLives

I think it's more worrying that just 51% of people Voted in Sunderland. It's a Safe Labour Seat, so perhaps people thought it wouldn't matter. I hope this isn't inductive of the UK %.

Popped along to Give Blood NHS 🩸🩹 Cambridge this morning to Donate some Platelets and Plasma. The whole thing took just under 2h from Entering to Exiting. Enjoyed the chance to sit in some peace and quiet and knowing I'm helping to #SaveLives #GiveBlood

So now I'm down a full 2 Stone. Seem to have settled at this Weight now. Gotten used to checking labels of food now, it's an automatic second nature thing!
