In addition to my previous tweet re #TheTruthAboutCarbs: 1. I’m not endorsed by any potato companies 2. I’m actually not even that bothered about potatoes (apologies to English+Irish friends) 3. If you want to follow / promote ketogenic / ‘low-carb’ diets, go for it, you do you!

I think Dr Xand van Tulleken 🏳️‍🌈 made a lot of valid points in #thetruthaboutcarbs ie eat more ‘green carbs’ (coincides with national guidelines to increase fruit+veg), however I worry that some bits would be misconstrued by general public ie less sugar in chocolate muffin than potatoes.
