10 minute walks after meals improve your digestion. Improved digestion means better poops. Better poops means a generally more enjoyable life. Seems like a no brainer to walk after you eat.

It is wild that people go to a fully equipped gym (with a trainer) and they do bent over triceps kickbacks with dumbbells. Just standing, not even leaning on anything - which still sucks, but less. The bar is unbelievably low.
