Back in the UK now Vueling Airlines my luggage has now been missing for 9 days, I spent my whole holiday without my suitcase, I now have to buy everything I had in there again, what is the latest update please?

48 hours and still no response from Vueling Airlines CEO Javier to my on going complaint for complete lack of service as we now approach the 21 day milestone of lost luggage!
