By my watch, the protesters rallying against NIH cuts shut down traffic on Wilshire Boulevard in Westwood for eight minutes. One Tesla driver did not take kindly to the delay, and shouted, “Fuck you, I hope they shut it all down!” as she drove past the demonstration.
