I had the most beautiful, overwhelming and validating experience today when my psychologist shared her formulation of everything we’d discussed. Suddenly I didn’t feel as broken, like it wasn’t my fault maybe and that I’ve done amazingly to fight through it all.

As NHS staff in a family of teachers, I don't want a payrise that is paid for out of the pockets of elderly people who now can't heat their homes over winter. My extra salary will be sent to my grandparents. The right party absolutely won, but we need better solutions than that.
