"Media images that we have seen show use of long sticks by Police and men in army uniform..." Dear Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC), you saw wrong media images. FACT: Police didn't have the long sticks, the UPDF soldiers had them. And the"men in army uniform" were UPDF soldiers. I was there.
