K & D finally managed to get a game played today with only their second game since November and after a scoreless first half went ahead through second half goals from John Smith and Rab Kinnaird………….

An hour at centre half , 15 minute rest and roll back the years with a 15 min cameo up top and a goal😂

A game of two halves today with K & D looking well out of it at half time and 3-0 down but a second half comeback and five second half goals from Tyler McKenzie, Jack Wilson, a first for the club from Lewis Elder, Craig Brand and a John Smith pen saw K & D claim the win 🔴⚫️🔴

3 good years back trying to play football, big thank you to everyone Rosyth FC Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC and then finally St Andrews United unfortunately due to a number of reasons today I decided was going to be my last game. Work, family and a failing body has made it harder and harder. ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Out of retirement to help one of my old clubs Cowdenbeath FC out today. I will not be able to walk tomorrow that’s for sure, great to see some old faces still there, heartbeat of that club! 12 long years since!!
