Does your stride put you in a good position to hit? If not — give the Hook ’Em Drill a try 👣⚾ By taking the load phase out of the swing, the Hook ’Em Drill lets players focus exclusively on the stride phase and make sure they land with good posture. Hook your front

College baseball is more physical then ever, and balancing fall competition demands with physical development isn't easy. That means your time in the weight room needs to efficiently move the needle, so cut the guess work and make sure your program is built for you.

"That might be one of the best swings you've ever taken!" 🔥 Why it was perfect: ✅ No lunging onto front foot ✅ Moving forward while creating space to rotate ✅ Pushing back instead of out Great hitters move forward WITHOUT losing rotation ability 💥⚾️

Over 60% of MLB swings occur at 80-90% of peak bat speed Bat speed training isn't about swinging with absurd intent in games—it's about raising your ceiling so you swing faster WITHOUT changing your level of intent 90% of 85 > 90% of 75 More info: youtube.com/watch?v=WUDQLO…

What it looks like at the ground level: - Local WA games & no significant travel - Parents who've been trained to understand your job is to coach & their job is just to cheer in the stands - Kids who want to ball out & make you / themselves proud
