Here’s an interesting concept that I came across in Brené Brown’ ‘s #Atlasoftheheart - ‘the zone of optimal confusion’. A focus at Manchester Adult Ed. this year is to ensure we are ambitious for our learners. Perhaps it should be that we aim to confuse them - just the right amount!
