Thanks Southwest Airlines and other airlines United Airlines Delta americanair Allegiant Air your sympathy during the massive Southwest airlines flight cancellations. Seems y'all could've worked together to help displaced people during the holiday seasons.

Refunds and cancellations aren't going to cut it!!! There should have been a team to help displaced people during these cancellations. So, not only is Southwest guilty, other airlines are just as guilty!!!

They choose to be not willing to help people as a result of this to get to their families!!! Yet, they choose to price gouge!!! All of you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! It's the holiday season and y'all choose profit over what's right!!!!

Why can't y'all join together to help those displaced trying to find their families!!! If you guys aren't in the air then why isn't there more people to answer the damn phones for refunds and cancellations?!!! Enough is enough and airlines should be held accountable!!!!
