A mindset shift that helped me immensely: GAP vs. GAIN. The GAP is focusing on what you haven’t hit yet—missed goals, lost deals, unmet targets. The GAIN is focusing on how far you’ve come. Living in the GAP drains energy. Choosing the GAIN creates it.
