This will make privately selling a car or something similar impossible. It's already impossible to withdraw money from your own bank account if you don't give a good enough reason. The State wants total control.

Everything is inverted. Boris "the libertarian" took away our liberty. Rishi "the fiscal conservative" spent all the money. Keir "the human rights lawyer" removed our human rights.

The expansion of NGOs from a tiny handful of permanently skint basement dwellers into a vast decentralised political force that maintains consent for the regime is really the most striking change in politics 30 years. As big as TEK or globalisation, really.

So much truth in this. Government has been the mug punter for years: it’s where failing technology is dumped. It’s that cynical.

I stopped doing public appearances several years ago -- before I got cancelled -- because I judged it too dangerous. The context was Democrats being hypnotized by the media to believe they were living in Hitler's Germany.

Paracetamol, aka Acetaminophen, was developed as a safer alternative to Acetanilide, which was first synthesised in the 1860s from coal tar derivatives and used as an analgesic. Acetanilide was replaced due to toxicity concerns, inc. side effects like cyanosis and liver damage.

Mandatory ID cards are un-British. If forced on us it will be yet another embedded freedom lost due to the cultural chaos and abuses of mass immigration. It always brings to mind this wonderful piece of writing by A. J. P. Taylor ⬇️
