Creating ocs to help/process mental health issues is SUCH a great way to deal with things. Like a character that you can physically see and have control over is so healing, esp if you process things visually. Go make a character about your shitty brain, it helps

Just to maybe add a positive voice to the AI discourse: I was deeply into AI art. But something felt off. Out of place, always. Every generation. Like I was cheating myself of time and effort. I am on day 37 of learning, and drawing every day. And I'm having a blast at it.
