Very empowering morning at CACBT/ACTCC hearing from Jude Mary Cénat @UOVTRaC speak to the importance of validating experiences of internalized racism in our everyday interactions & ensuring we consider the impact of complex #RacialTrauma on the lives of those who identify as #BIPOC.
Incredibly grateful to have learned from Dr. Philippe Shnaider CACBT/ACTCC this morning on how to enhance our treatment of #PTSD using #CognitiveProcessingTherapy. Very moved by his encouragement to prioritize trauma appraisals while working towards thoughts of looking forward.
