#DivNoising (arxiv.org/abs/2006.06072) is unsupervised denoising that generates diverse solutions, accounting for the uncertainty introduced by the noise. Now, you can use it yourself! We just published our code (github.com/juglab/DivNois…). Thanks to Florian Jug Mangal Prakash!
Check out our newest preprint on how capillary forces drive DNA+protein condensation spearheaded by Thomas Quail , @StefanGolfer and other members of the lab! biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…… #biorxiv_biophys MPI-CBG Dresden Center for Systems Biology Dresden

Look what I just spotted! 🤩 A practical course Human Technopole intended for microscopists and biologists! Great guest speakers included!!! Register and join us (virtually) in Milan on a 3 day learning spree on how to restore/denoise your data... bit.ly/3cMHMxh
In Mangal Prakash’s latest work, we teamed up with Peyman Milanfar and mauricio delbracio and show how Generative Diversity Denoising methods can not only lead to SOTA denoising results, but also used to remove spatial artifacts (e.g. in tomography)!#HDivNoising arxiv.org/abs/2104.01374
The lastest work by Tim-Oliver Buchholz now on arXiv. arxiv.org/abs/2104.02555 We thought that Transformers on pixel sequences appear a bit misused, but on unrolled Fourier coefficients tasks such as superres or tomographic reconstructions seem quite natural. What do you think? 🖼+🤖=🤩?
It has started... the Deep Learning for Microscopy Image Analysis (DL@MBL) in Woods Hole is finally happening (after two lockdown cancellations)... 🎉 #DLatMBL Jan Funke ilastik Team and Anna Kreshuk's Lab Next 10 days will be awesome, although I was not let into the U.S. to be there in person... 😢
We are looking for two talented „Bioimage Analysis and AI Research Software Scientists“ to join us Human Technopole. Positions are funded via #AI4LIFE (HorizonEurope), and will help the life sciences to better utilize cutting-edge AI methods… 🧵 tinyurl.com/AI4LIFEjobs #AI #ML
Extracurricular evening talk by Estibaliz Gómez de Mariscal, PhD at #dlmbl, introducing us and some remote folks to bioimage.io and the formats, data structures, thoughts and ideas behind it and #AI4LIFE. It’s so good to see that people are excited and believe in this project!!! ❤️
