Another Reform loss at Kent County Council as Izzy Kemp now sits as an independent. Just hours before the full council meets at 10am. Details yet unclear if she is suspended or expelled. It takes Reforms majority down from 57 to 48. Reform and Cllr Kemp have been approached.
