I think it's quite fitting that the first day of the week is Sunday, the day ruled by the Sun, when the Sun represents rulership itself.

It is quite ironic that so much self-help is rooted around turning you into a robot who does nothing but grind, and have no need for love and passion, when in reality, people who live like that suffer immensely internally and socially. It is like self anti-help content.

The best thing you can do for your psyche is to have daily sunshine time where you go out and stand outside or go on walks.

Remember what life is really about. Too often people get caught up in delusions about what life should be, at the expense of their happiness and spiritual fulfillment.
