I saw a child whose parent didn’t bring him “They didn’t want to burden the Hospital” and the child was PEWs’ing 7. I always tell my Patients that’s it’s your hospital, If you think You need an A & E for your child, don’t think TWICE.

Needed to push myself to manage Paeds ED and See a some patients in Majors at our Trust because of the huge workload. It’s terrible for the patients too. NHSE should understand that an ED made for 50 can’t handle 500 even if you will put people on Chairs, corridors or Fire Exits.

Unfortunately due to being overworked and Underpaid, Nursing colleagues are most of the times very very Rude with Doctors ( Resident/ Junior Doctors ). Nobody is Rude with a Registrar or Consultant, they are only rude with Resident Doctors. This needs to change in our NHS.

Everyone in the NHS thinks they know everything EXCEPT Resident Doctors, and use the term JUNIOR to make them feel like it. A few Months ago a Porter said to me very rudely that I don’t know how to order X rays and should do my Job better 😂 #nhs
