It's a Monday. Not my usual work day. But I kinda wanna get a leg up on this next scene. I've got it about 90% mapped in my head, so I'd like to get an early start so I can (hopefully) get this one done before the week is up. Exposed spines and brains! That's the theme this time!

Back to work! I think I'm going to outline this whole animation first this time, and then double back and add the special effects/gore models. Usually i kind of do everything at the same time. I just wanna see how this way will turn out.

Back wound! Turns out I needed some of those special effects to line up some of the animation, so i had to detour to get this made.

So that "special" enemy-type I mentioned before is actually a variant of the Parasomnia creature. It's called the "Parasomnia Phobos!" I've only just gotten started on it, but I think we can all see where this is going, right?

Got the Phobos up and running around now! He can't hurt us right yet, but I am about to start working on some attack animations next.

Got a little clip messing around with the big spider. It can attack now, and I gave it a "cooldown" animation when it does land a hit, so it doesn't stay right on top of us and we can have a second to reposition. Next I'm going to give it a ranged "spit" attack!

It's the weekend! which means I get to go off track and take care of some side tasks. Today I've decided I will get started on the outdoor cameras for the estate grounds! This is the very first camera of that area, and I'm already loving it!

Double post! Sorry! I thought something was kinda off looking about those last couple videos... I forgot to turn on the sun! Yeah... So that was all without any kind of dynamic lighting.. So here's that same outside area, but with the sun actually turned on! Yeesh..
