Been enjoying Walker Percy's The Moviegoer. I read it ~3 years ago, but it didn't click at all. However, about halfway through this second reading, the whole thing came alive.

It's as if Shelby Foote, Fyodor Dostoevsky, and Søren Kierkegaard teamed up, and I am here for it.
