This Republican Congress has proven incapable of fulfilling the Founders’ design that “Ambition must ... counteract ambition.” All who believe in this country’s values must vote for Democrats this fall. Policy differences don’t matter right now. History has its eyes on us.

And so many Americans will believe it.

American farmers need trade, not aid. What is happening in America to hard working people is horrible. American farmers should not be put on welfare to "try" to prove a point.

I’m so saddened by the passing of Justice Ginsburg. Thank you for all you did to level the playing field so that today’s woman can realize her dreams and aspirations. You will be missed.

You know, there are some bands that I would absolutely LOVE to see from my youth/early adult years. But Jeez Louise! Now in my 60s, I just can’t handle paying over $100 a ticket. It’s sad because I have come to realize that I won’t get to mark off some items on my bucket list.
