“So what are everyone’s fun weekend plans”

🤔 Dare I remind folks that it’s 4/20?!

Me: Just relaxing, no plans 😆

Today we're introducing LimitlessAI. We've poured so much into this, and I'm excited to share it all today.

- we're unveiling our new pendant ai wearable
- we talk about our new Limitless product and our take on privacy with our Confidential Cloud, our roadmap and new site

the @humane pin reviews make me want to try it. Plenty of boos (from the cheap seats) but I haven’t seen any startup do so much in a v1 hardware product. it’s rough, runs hot, and has issues — but there’s a lot of vision and ambition there. I’d like to see more of that, not less.

💯💯💯

Loom has this effect on people who use it because the blend of convenience, speed, and fidelity of async video as a way to communicate seems so novel yet so critical in our current 🌎

So fun to design for too.

When folks speak to visual design as pretty/less important than ‘function,’ I always think:

Beautiful, honed aesthetics matter immensely for usability, approachability, attraction/affinity, comprehension, and retention.

It all serves the same purpose when done well.

Hate to say it, but I’m still not loving the reality that is X vs Threads.

Competition often benefits consumers, but I’m not sure bifurcating public conversation/communities is the same.

It has nothing to do with Threads—it’s a wonderful version of what Twitter could have been.

How long until we stop referring to ai in product development? A year?

It’s rapidly becoming table stakes, and it’s wild / not a new cycle.

Curious about the long-term impact of video avatars.

Popular, for obvious friction removal reasons, but wondering what impact a ton of videos created this way will have on consumption.

Will we watch more or less video if we’re not sure if the person on cam is “real” 🤷🏻‍♂️🤔

no power for the night has been the most fun excuse to get cozy with Ryan and 🐕, light a few 🕯️, order a 🍕 from where there is 💡, and watch a mafia movie until our ipad died 💕

It would be so cool if Figma + ai helped do micro animations:

Example: Show Figma 3+ states of an element (like an orb, and Figma creates the gaps inbetween to establish a smooth, detailed animation.

Vents can in fact be attractive 😆

Our remodel is never-ending, but craftsmanship like this makes it (almost) worth it.
