Air Canada is at it again. Poor training & even poorer communication & customer service for people with disabilities and wheelchair users. Can’t believe the hours of work we’ve put into a smooth a safe flight for Emery and his wheelchair to be met but ignorance and hostility

It gets worse. Air Canada refused to let me fly after I showed the flight attendant Air Canada’s own email about the law & policy for storing Emery’s wheelchair in the closet. Then they kicked lily gelissen - she/her my 17 yr old daughter off when she asked for the flight attendant’s ID…
