Hopefully, you do things because they make sense to you, not because you were enthralled by the messenger or made to feel part of a team. That's how a culture is built, but maybe culture is based on not such good things, it's more cult- than cult-ure.

Mismatched training choice, Tired, Fatigued, Out of shape, Injured or hurt, Lazy, and Defiant….. all probably look exactly the same….., and would value completely different solutions.

The point here is that carrying kettlebells, implements, doing anything with a sled, medicine ball tossing to a partner as your training alone checks a lot of boxes for results. Do something skill-wise easy, mild to moderately heavy for a long time, ideally cyclical.
