Everyone is so depressed and negative, all they seem to want to do is bring others down to their level so it feels justified.

If you try to make it you’re laughed at and ridiculed, then when you do make it you’re questioned.

Ignore them.

Almost didn’t hit the gym as I’m feeling a bit under the weather and wasn’t in the mood

Thought screw it let’s just go anyway, ended up out lifting the other guy with the bigger weights

Life lesson

Even if you don’t feel like it, just try anyway the results may surprise you

Building a business while already working 45hrs a week, gymming, taking care of relatives, having a wife and child (another on the way) isn’t easy on your own.

Made a habit of always looking my best when doing simple errands, well dressed and well groomed just to go to the shop for bread.

You get so much more respect, you feel more confident, you seem to have more energy.

I suggest you try it, just for a month, tell me how you feel.

Nothing is more motivating than a bad day at your 9-5.

Latest training session, upper body weights then 5 mile on the bike in under 15mins

Easiest bike yet, more comfortable than the 3 mile

What money does buy is time, time to do the things you ‘want’ to do instead of the things you ‘have’ to do.

Money leads to more free time which in turn leads to happiness.

Best form of meditation on the planet is going for a walk, you can easy clear your mind and think while walking plus you’re getting exercise.

Better than just sitting in a room doing nothing.

When you go for a morning walk to start the day the best conditions are cold but clear skies, am I wrong?
