Untreated, CUTI impact on the upper renal tract is serious too! Really need our Paediatricians to come forward & help the children so they don't miss out enjoying their childhood, schooling & more importantly a bright future from all the suffering. Time for change🙏!

Biofilms make it difficult to detect and treat chronic UTIs. They effectively hide pathogens from white blood cells that help the body fight the infection, and they shield them from antibiotics😲 which means they can eventually cause the condition to flare again later.

It is normal to find sensitisation of nerves in any infection. In our experience, CUTI patients stop pain killers first, then Amitriptyline then off antidepressants when treated with long term antibiotics. when the antibiotics are ceased, they don't go back to neuropathic meds.
