📜 Today, we saw #MagnaCarta Durham Cathedral. 2025 marks 800 years since 👑 Henry III issued the definitive text, celebrated (& mythologised!) as a touchstone of human rights. This was the latest event in our #Evergreen enrichment programme. 🌱

A massive thank you to our Durham IAS Fellow, Professor Catherine Manathunga (University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia), for an empowering public lecture on "Decolonising the University: Turning Rhetoric Into Reality."

Professor Manathunga provided practical, real-world strategies for decolonising higher education and making research impactful. We are delighted to continue working alongside the brilliant team at the Durham IAS!
