Now watching THE COMPANY OF WOLVES (1984) directed by Neil Jordan, starring Angela Lansbury, David Warner, Sarah Patterson & Stephen Rea. A fascinating take on the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale & werewolf folklore.

Watched THE THIRD SECRET (1964) starring Jack Hawkins, Richard Attenborough & stunning film debut of Pamela Franklin. A patient searches for the killer of his psychiatrist who may even be himself! Classic intelligent British thriller that's worth a watch.

Watched THE PSYCHOPATH (1966) aka SCHIZO. Directed by Freddie Francis, starring Patrick Wymark & Margaret Johnson. Who is the murderer who leaves a doll of the victims with their dead bodies? Amicus film made to capitalise on Hammer's success with psychological thrillers.

Watching FATAL ATTRACTION (1987) starring Michael Douglas & Glenn Close. A classic and perfect Valentine's Day viewing!! 😂 The TV series was a disappointment.

Watched the classic Hammer horror/comedy THE OLD DARK HOUSE (1963). Remake of the Universal film, it is rather endearing with a great cast including Janette Scott, Robert Morley, Joyce Grenfell and Fenella Fielding vamping it up prior to starring in Carry On Screaming.

Now watching NEEDFUL THINGS (1993) based on the Stephen King book. Starring Ed Harris, Max von Sydow and Bonnie Bedelia. I read the book in the 1990s and also not seen this film since soon after release.

Watched the giallo THE STRANGE VICE OF MRS WARDH (1971) starring Edwige Feneche, directed by Sergio Martino. Set in Vienna where a diplomat's wife is being stalked by a killer is on the loose with a razor blade...
