Last nights #WellnessWednesday activity, Peanut Butter & Jelly. It was a struck by/against to demonstrate the difficulty of daily living skills with an injury. Thank you to CHSP Co-Chair Barb, Wellness Champion Linda & all of our volunteers who participated in the activity!

Tonight was my last night walking in the Oklahoma CIty Hub guard shack for 31 days, biggest gap since I started 15 years ago.. Excited to spend the next month with my partners on The Lonestar Twilight sort for my first ever special assignment!
