@curlsinthelib got my diagnosis last year the week after my 40th birthday. spent A LOT of time thinking it was an unfortunate combination of former-gifted-child-syndrome+oldest-daughter-in-the-80s+bad-social-skills.
@curlsinthelib I literally try to schedule an hour or some for reading. I've been having the same issue as you, and so far assigning Sundays afternoons for reading (one specific reading at a time) is what's working for me, but I'd like to read more
