Our first Writer’s Workshop took place last week! Some members of the team met to discuss and collaborate on effective strategies for collecting and analyzing data to provide meaningful feedback to our teachers. Clear is Kind!✨

Consulting teachers engaging with equity team specialists in a professional learning session on emotional intelligence.

The Equity Initiatives Unit led CTs through a deep dive on emotional intelligence to help our team reflect and build strategies to recognize and explore emotions as well as use what was learned to create new practices that promote student success Equity Team Yolanda Stanislaus, Ed.D.

In the Nov. team meeting, CT’s analyzed observational data using the Info Gap language routine. They asked questions; discussed context, and used the answers they received to best communicate areas of strength and growth to promote their clients’ development.
