.Mats Granryd at the #MWC25 opening keynote: "57% of the world’s population use #MobileInternet, but there are 3.1bn people who live within coverage of a mobile broadband network & are still not using it." He highlights the key barriers & encourages action to close the #UsageGap.
.Mats Granryd shares the enormous opportunity of closing the #UsageGap: "Closing the usage gap would add $3.5 trillion in total additional GDP between 2023 & 2030, and more than a third of that will come from closing the #MobileGenderGap in mobile internet adoption." #M4DatMWC
.Doreen Bogdan-Martin at #MWC25: "In Africa 62% of the population lacks internet. Those who could benefit most from digital transformation—rural communities, people with disabilities, women & girls—are the ones being left behind. These need to be at the centre of global tech governance."
