Deputy Executive Secretary Coletha U. Ruhamya officiated the opening of a meeting today on the implementation of the first component of the Lake Victoria Basin IWRM Programme, supported by the JV SWECO. The meeting brought together representatives from KfW Development Bank, the LVBC , GIZ support to the East African Community, and the consultant.

The training, attended by experts from the Riparian Partner States, is supported by GIZ support to the East African Community.
