ABC Countdown Fun!

🧲⚡️Students in Mrs. Juarez’s class and Ms. Brady’s class rotated through six stations where they explored magnetic forces and the force of static electricity. #CrosBees

Students in Ms. Brady and Mrs/ Juarez's rooms researched natural disasters and collaborated to create posters about their disaster. #CrosBees

Mrs. Chupich, Ms. Rivera and Mr. VanFleet have been actively incorporating a lot of WICOR strategies into their lessons. Students have especially enjoyed collaborating with one another while developing oracy and thinking skills.

Mrs. Juarez and Ms. Brady's class collaborated to design and construct a toy car racetrack that can move a toy car around the race track using the force of magnetism. 🧲🚗#CrosBees

Ms. Serrano's STARS and a few RISE students went on an Easter word scavenger hunt around the school to practice their writing skills! Students also took a trip to Mrs. Ross' class to visit the baby quails! :)

Mrs. Peceniak's Kindergarten Class is enjoying the end of the year ABC Countdown! For Oo (Occupation) Day, we discussed community helpers, their roles and tools, and dressed up as what we would like to be when we grow up. #CrosBees

Our 3rd graders had a fantastic time visiting Jefferson School today! They got a sneak peek at what 4th grade will look like next year, excitement is already building for the adventures ahead!

Mrs. Juarez and Ms. Brady's classes wrapped up the year examining how fossils are found in different environments by creating their own model and recording data. 🐝🐚

X was for X marks the spot Pirate Day in Miss Iden and Ms. K. Juarez's classes! We had a lot of fun looking for treasure! Reading truly is a treasure, and these Kinder students worked hard at learning to read and write this year. All their hard work paid off!

Ms. Mercado & Mrs. Garay’s classes have been ending the school year with so much fun! 🤩 Field Day, Walk of Scholars preparation, class awards, making our own “dulces enchilados”, and enjoying the end of year assembly. We are so proud of our second graders! 🐝💛
