Miss Gordon is delighted to have been accepted onto Education Scotland’s Building Racial Literacy programme and is looking forward to learning more about anti-racism.

Today we talked about the right to be safe and the children have said that they don't always feel safe entering our school due to drivers. We did a show of hands & 3/4 of the children said there has been a time when a driver has made them feel unsafe 😢

The children have come up with lots of great ideas to raise awareness of this issue.

We are looking forward to our first Family Partnership meeting of this session. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the life of our school and the role of our Family Partnership in supporting this.

We are currently reviewing and evaluating the impact of homework on attainment and achievement and will be issuing a consultation to all stakeholders over the next two weeks. We are really keen to hear your views so please keep an eye out for this in your inbox!📨

Thank you our parents and carers who have completed the questionnaire sent out this week. Staff and pupils are currently sharing their views and we will publish the results of this consultation before the end of this month.
