📱 We completed our final round of digital citizenship lessons for the school year. Our Superstars are skilled at recognizing ways to keep themselves balanced this summer! ☀️

The library went wild today! Thank you so much to our Superstar families who shared their pets with us today! Our students loved it! 🐔🐛🦎🕷️🐹

💜 All of our Superstars learned how to be purple people! It’s been a fun way to close out the year. ⭐️

⭐️ We are very proud of “People”! They tied for 3rd place in our district’s Battle of the Bluebonnet Books competition! 📚

📚 Mr. Mike Thrasher and his team of volunteers from Books are the Beginning visited all Superstars today! We stocked up on free books just in time for summer reading! We are truly blessed with the best community. This is one of my favorite days of the year each year at Crockett!

Thank you, Dr. Holmes for the fun year of read-alouds we've had! All of our teachers have received 9 new books for their classroom libraries and every Superstar has heard each story. As they grow and move on to different classrooms, these stories will always remain familiar.

⭐️Superstars, don't forget to read this summer and log your time on the public library's reading log!  Crockett would love to earn the trophy this summer! Valid for all incoming Kinder students and outgoing 5th grade students, just mark Crockett as your school!🏆

😍 It took us a while to receive this, but the day has finally come! I am soooo excited to get this ribbon cut and these tokens passed out for free books in our student's hands! Our Superstars participated in a spring Read-a-thon and earned over $10,000. Stay tuned for photos! 🥳

📚 YAY! Crockett’s book vending machine is fully operational! Big thanks to our Superstar community for making this possible through our Spring Read-a-Thon! Students will be working hard to earn golden tokens in the future! ⭐️

🌼 Crockett’s Little Free Library is ready for business! Special thanks to Dr. Holmes for finding & Mrs. Egan for painting our beautiful machine! & also thank you to our Raize Craze participants for the book donations to begin this journey! Enjoy your summer reading! 🤩
