Just keep smiling! That was my motto for The #CanadianDeathRace this year but was it ever a battle! I felt unwell from 50K on but still managed to hit my goal and had a huge improvement from last year! I don't think I've ever been in so much pain right after a race! So worth it!

Today my rheumatologist reminded how aggressive & severe my RA really is. It reminds me how lucky I am to be able to do all these things like running. So grateful for running and all it has brought me. RA has definitely given me speed bumps along the way but I refuse to give up.
