It was a pleasure to present two posters at #ERSCongress2022. Some interesting conversations surrounding our work and great to catch up with friends.

Our findings indicated that interventions promoting PA, particularly in studies involving wearable activity monitors, resulted in a significant and clinically meaningful improvement in daily step count in people with chronic airways disease.
