I have no idea how these 2 aren't working for a big promotion right now. If I was TNA that'd be my World Champion and my X-Division Champion. I'd also be doing my best to try to sign Dakota, Shayna, Shotzi & Jakara ASAP since Knockouts are a major selling point for their brand.

Jakara is someone I'd look at and see the potential and how marketable she is and think "We can do for her what we did for Gail Kim" in the way when people think of Gail Kim now they don't think WWE. She became more synonymous with the TNA brand even with a brief WWE history.

Bron Breakker and Kairi Sane are who I'd go with. Maybe Naomi. I could see it being Jade, Giulia, Roxanne or Stephanie though. I think Bron being MITB and Seth being World Champion could be fun. Seth's paranoia is what causes their break up.
