I sketch cities. I'm attempting to sketch every city in the UK 🤓 I'm about to finish #Aberdeen it has taken an age - COVID took a big bite. Aberdeen is on the up, a gem of a place, some of the most astronomically beautiful buildings I have ever seen. 🤓

That just highlights what we know about arts orgs. They just like to have to pretence of diversity rather than the substantial work need to be anti-racist & genuinely inclusive. A huge change is needed but it starts at the top. Those stats won’t differ within the funding body.
