Very sad news about Denny Laine. A hugely talented singer, musician and songwriter. A UK No.1 with Moody Blues, founding Wings and this, one of his greats, as sung by Colin Blunstone is a pretty huge legacy by any means. RiP

I just had a bit of a chat with The Guvnor, I first had to prove my credentials with him by identifying Tim Turner’s Narration in a photo. He managed to sell me some merch as well #starstruck #albionchristmasband

Here's one gone under the radar for too long...lovely 1971 record with superb Tony Visconti production and Dave Cousins, Danny Thompson & Ralph McTell. Well worth an earful.

Four records from your parents collection: The choir LP features at least my Dad and was recorded at 'that new place in Barnes' (Olympic). 'West Side Story' would have been my Mum's. The Seekers were great. Of all these though The Planets would have been the one I played most.
