Growing up, my mom’s bean soup was on regular rotation. Plenty of veges and ham. Humble, inexpensive but magic every time. Sprinkled some Dad’s Seasonings Italian across the top.


When I’m cooking veges and want color, no liquid, medium heat and patience. Outdoors in a cast iron. Smoking some quarters with Dad’s Seasonings SPG. When the chicken’s done I’ll take out the chicken, veges, reduce the liquid for a sauce. Easy weeknight meal.
