The break down is this. Most expensive places to (Live) rent. Boston Cambridge Quincy area, then Martha’s Vinyard then Nantucket then Lowell!!??? Then Brockton. Seems ridiculous right!! Lowell offers nothing even close to these other areas. City of Lowell, MA
